Are the generated RAMS legally compliant in the UK?
The documents are built around the UK duties that produce this paperwork - the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, CDM 2015 and HSE guidance - using the standard 5x5 risk matrix and hierarchy of control, in the format principal contractors expect. Whether a particular RAMS is suitable and sufficient depends on its content for the actual job, which remains the responsibility of the competent person signing it. We do not certify documents, and no software can.
How do I remove the watermark from my PDF download?
Watermarks are removed as soon as a document is on a paid tier. You can buy a single watermark-free PDF on Pay-As-You-Go (GBP 15), or remove them on every document with a Pro or Enterprise plan. Paid documents also carry your company logo, brand colours, registration number and any accreditation badges you add in your profile.
Does signature capture work offline on a construction site?
Partly. RAMSMate installs as a progressive web app and caches the interface and trade hazard libraries, so it opens and you can keep drafting with no signal. Saving, signing and PDF export all reach our server, so those steps need a connection - they are not queued and sent later.
